Prairie Village Municipal Court


 

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROSECUTION SERVICES

The City of Prairie Village, Kansas is requesting letters of interest and resume from well qualified private attorneys and/or law firms interested in providing part time prosecution services for the City of Prairie Village.  The City and Prosecutor will enter into a professional services agreement which will address compensation and expectations.  A flat fee $1,500 per month for prosecution services with an hourly rate negotiated for additional services.

Proposals are due by 5:00 pm on December 1, 2008.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities or irregularities, and to accept
